The syntax of notification frequency definition follows the same rules as attribute definition.
The following frequency types are supported:
- IMMEDIATELY

notifications are sent as soon as possible
- DAILY

notifications are sent once a day; the
timemetadata should be used - WEEKLY

notifications are sent once a week; the
dayandtimemetadata should be used
The following metadata are supported:
- day (int)

day of week from 0 (Sunday) to 6 (Saturday)
